Meat with leaks

3 kilos of milk (pork, goat, sheep or mixed)
1 dry onion
10 - 12 big leaks
2 spoons of tomato paste
Olive oil, salt, pepper (black and red)


We fry slightly in a casserole the meat with the olive oil, the grated onion, the tomato paste, the salt and the peppers. When it is brown we pour water until we cover the ingredients and we leave it to simmer.

When the meat gets soft we take it out from the casserole with a spoon and meat inside the leaks cut in big pieces and above it the meat. We add water and leave them to sinner as long as it is needed.
