Avragonios

Interesting name which describes a unique combination of chapel and cool fountain under the protective shade of a perennial plane tree and at a distance of 10- minutes from the Small Papigo.

Monastery of Spiliotissas

The inevitable passage of Voidomatis on the way to Papigo offers us the opportunity for a small walk through the forest of the riverside maple trees which leads to the remarkable monastery of the 15th century of the “Panagia of Spiliotissas”.
Nested in the cavities of the Rock which narrows the passage of Voidomatis, is alive although empty from human presence in the humming sound of the river.
