Vegetables with eggs in a baking pan



1 ½ kilo vegetables from the garden (spinach, parsley, spring onions, fresh garlic)
Eggs (one for every portion)
Cheese feta ( 50gr for every portion)
Olive oil, salt, black pepper


We wash and cut in thick pieces the vegetables and herbs and we fry them with 2-3 spoons of olive oil, a little butter and pepper until they are half boiled.

We pour them in a round baking pan and spread them inside. Above it we put pieces of cheese we break one by one the eggs. We bake for 10 minutes in a very hot oven and serve in a platter.
